The HTC50E/B/P Series CNC Horizontal Lathes are capable of machining shaft and disc workpieces, turning threads, circular arcs, cones as well as internal and external curved surfaces of rotary bodies, realizing high-efficiency, mass and high-precision machining of rotary parts. The design adopts reasonable stiffness matching of key components including the spindle, bed and tailstock, which greatly improves the rigidity of the whole machine and ensures stability during heavy cutting. Therefore, the machining accuracy of external cylindrical surfaces can reach IT6～IT7 grade. As general-purpose machine tools, they are especially suitable for high-efficiency, mass and high-precision machining of rotary parts in automotive, electric motor, bearing, hydraulic and other industries.
