CA-A(B/A) Series Conventional Lathe

Series CA6140A(B/A), CA6150A(B/A), CA6161A(B/A) and CA6166A(B/A) conventional lathes are capable of turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other rotary surfaces. They can machine end‑faces and various threads including metric, inch, module and diametral‑pitch threads. Drilling, reaming and oil‑groove broaching operations are also available. Materials such as steel, cast iron and non‑ferrous metals can be processed. The dimensional accuracy of machined workpieces can reach IT7 grade with low surface roughness values.

Series CA6240A(B/A), CA6250A(B/A), CA6261A(B/A) and CA6266A(B/A) gap‑bed lathes can perform all the turning operations mentioned above, and are especially suitable for machining flat and special‑shaped parts. The machine tool is equipped with a manual brake function, and a foot‑operated brake function is available as an option. It features easy operation as well as sensitive and reliable braking performance.
